50 Mile Course 2019 (Mondays)
The 50 mile course is a perfect way to improve your endurance in preparation for your spring and summer cycling plans.
The six week course kicks off with a 25 mile ride and then increases by 5 miles per week to reach your goal of 50 miles, leading nicely into the KVG Training Camp week w/c 17th March.
You will ride in small groups with a maximum of six riders, including one of our ride leaders. The minimum speed requirement is an average of 12mph.
Dates of the course:
Monday 21/1/19 to Monday 4/3/19 inclusive
Please note that Week 3 is repeated during half term to allow for holidays
